We offer two great Dental Blue PPO plans for you to choose from: Dental Blue Basic and Dental Blue Enhanced. Both Dental Blue PPO plans offer access to our negotiated rates on covered services, including those received during waiting periods after the member has reached their policy’s annual maximum or if frequency limitations have been exceeded for a covered service. For instance, if a dental plan covers two cleanings a year and the member wishes to have a third cleaning, they would receive our negotiated rates for the third cleaning. The Dental Blue Enhanced plan includes coverage for orthodontics for children.

 

Dental SelectHMO Plan

Prefer a Dental HMO? If so, our Dental SelectHMO plan may be the right choice for you. It offers no copay for diagnostic and preventive care such as cleanings, exams and X-rays* with no waiting period, coverage for most fillings with no copay after a six-month waiting period, no annual maximums and coverage for orthodontics and other services available for fixed copays.

 

All Anthem Blue Cross and Anthem Blue Cross Life and Health Insurance Company dental members have access to emergency dental care while traveling or working abroad through the International Emergency Dental Program administered by DeCare Dental.** This benefit is automatically included at no additional cost for all groups with dental coverage.
