New Plan Options and Benefit Updates to the EmployeeElect and EmployeeChoice Portfolios

EmployeeElect - Portfolio Updates
Beginning July 1, 2009, renewing groups will have access to 14 new plans in the EmployeeElect portfolio. These plans offer a variety complementary and new product designs at a range of price points for your budget. With the enhanced EmployeeElect portfolio you now have a broad, clear range of choices.
EmployeeChoice - Portfolio Updates
Beginning August 1, 2009, renewing groups will have access to one additional plan in the EmployeeChoice portfolio. The new Lumenos HSA 3500 (80/50) plan offers an additional, lower-cost HSA plan option withn the EmployeeChoice portfolio.
Plan Benefit Changes
Groups renewing on or after July 1, 2009 may also see updates to the benefits for their current plans. These changes are being implemented to help simplify our plan designs, as well as help us continue to control the rising costs of healthcare for you and your employees. As an example, most plans feature $10 copays for generic medications and new mail order benefits to help you save even more.
