The Preventive Dental Plan focuses on preventive care, provides diagnostic and restorative services and gives you all the tools you need to maintain good oral health. The plan even provides educational materials about maintaining oral hygiene and the importance of regular dental care.
With the USA Dental plan, you will be eligible for benefits when you visit any dentist located in the United States. The plan reimburses dentists at a set percentile based on their geographic location. You may be responsible for out-of-pocket costs above this reimbursement amount. This plan makes it easy for you to receive great dental benefits anywhere throughout the country.
It is important to understand how an in-network dentist may be able to help you save money. In-network dentists have agreed in a contract with us to accept specific amounts for various dental services. Because there is no similar contract with out-of-network dentists, they can bill you for the difference between what we pay and what they charge.
