I am seeing information that does not pertain to me.  
If you are trying to view our ‘Members’ website and are seeing information that pertains to visitors, brokers, providers, or employers, please return to our home page. Once there, please click the blue ‘Members’ button on the left side of the web page, then proceed as you like. Clicking on 'Members' will ensure that our website displays the information that pertains to you.  
 
I am seeing blank pages, or clicking a link and nothing happens.  
If pages are showing up blank, or not displaying information properly, or, you click a link and nothing happens, your browser could be set up to block cookies or pop-up windows, and our website may not display correctly. Please disable all pop-up blockers, and change your browser's privacy setting to allow 3rd party cookies; then close your browser, reopen it, and try again.  
Additionally, if you click a link on a web page before the page is loaded, the link may not be active. Please let an entire page load before clicking any links.  
 
I am unable to see my son’s/daughter’s/husband’s/wife’s insurance information.  
Due to privacy laws, all members 18 and over must register with their own user name and password to view their insurance information, whether or not they are the policy holder. This applies to all adults on a policy, including adult children and spouses of the policy holder.

For help with your policy coverage or claims, please dial the customer service number on your insurance membership card. Technical support agents are unable to assist with policy coverage or claims information. For Anthem.com technical support, dial 888-268-4361 between 8 a.m. and 8 p.m. Eastern time, Monday through Friday.
