Community Resource Centers (CRC)

What are CRCs?
Our Community Resource Centers (CRCs) make us different from many other health plans. They link our health plan with our members and doctors. They also are physical locations where everyone who is part of our health plan can get help for his or her needs.
For Our Members
Our CRCs can:
Offer bilingual representatives
Arrange for transportation to see a doctor
Call members
Offer help for chronic health problems
Refer you to community groups
For Our Doctors
Our CRCs can:
Offer a link between Medicaid and other programs and patients
Provide training on member benefits, claims, billing and more
Give guidance and credentialing help
Conduct site reviews and surveys
For Our Community-Based Organizations (CBOs)
Our CRCs can:
Work with you to help the people we serve
Make our members aware of the health and social services available
Help them get urgent needs from your organization
Build relationships to serve those in need
