Medicare Advantage (MA) Plan Information
Anthem offers Medicare approved HMO and PPO plans. Starting January 1, 2006, these plans will include prescription drug coverage equivalent to Medicare Part D. You are eligible to enroll in MA if you have both Medicare Part A and Part B and live in the service area. 
Anthem Senior Advantage

Anthem Senior Advantage is a Medicare approved HMO plan with low or no monthly plan premiums and is available in select counties in the defined service area.

Anthem Medicare Preferred

Anthem Medicare Preferred is a Medicare approved Local PPO plan with low monthly plan premiums, freedom to visit any doctor, specialist or hospital, and is available in select counties in the defined service area.

Blue Medicare AccessSM

Blue Medicare Access is a Medicare approved Regional PPO plan with low monthly plan premiums, freedom to visit any doctor, specialist or hospital, and is available in all counties in the defined service area.

If you have traditional Medicare you are eligible to enroll for Medicare Part D prescription drug coverage.
