There is also coverage of generic and brand name formulary prescription drugs. Blue Access® Economy is a Preferred Provider Organization (PPO) health coverage product that helps you obtain health care coverage in an affordable manner. The product design has three different deductible levels to help you tailor the monthly premium to your coverage needs. Best of all, each plan is backed by the Blue Cross and Blue Shield name, the one you can trust for all of your health coverage needs.

Indiana Hoosier Healthwise Program (Medicaid and SCHIP) gives health care services to those who qualify for state-funded programs in Indiana. State Sponsored Business (SSB) is a managed care plan that covers the health care benefits for Hoosier Healthwise members. SSB is known as Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield in Indiana.
