Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield is located at 108 Leigus Road in Wallingford, CT, near the intersection of CT Route 68 and Interstate 91. 
 
From New Haven/North Haven via I-91 North: 
I-91 North to Exit 15 (Route 68, Wallingford)
At end of the exit ramp turn left at traffic light onto Rt. 68.
Proceed to the third traffic light. Turn left onto Leigus Road and take your first left into the Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield driveway.
 
From Hartford/Meriden via I-91 South: 
I-91 South to Exit 15 (Route 68, Wallingford)
At end of exit ramp turn right at traffic light onto Rt. 68.
Proceed to the second traffic light. Turn left onto Leigus Road and take your first left into the Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield driveway.
 
 
From Wilbur Cross Parkway/Rt. 15 North or South:  
Take Exit 66 (Route 5, Wallingford) and turn left at end of exit ramp onto Rt. 5/North Colony Road.
In approximately 3/10ths mile, turn left at traffic light and follow short connector road to Route 68.
At traffic light turn left on Route 68 and proceed to the 5th traffic light (approx. 3 miles) to Leigus Road on the right.
From Leigus Road turn left into the Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield driveway.
 
 
Please sign in with the security guard in the reception area to the right of the main lobby.
