Call the Member Service number on the back of your Member ID Card.
Member Service can assist you with a wide range of services, including answering questions about health care benefits, helping find participating providers that are located near home and office, sending claim forms and updating your address.
Normal business hours are from 8:00 a.m. until 6:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.
When checking on the status of a claim, please have the following pieces of information ready:
