Wellness Credit Program
Our health matters. When we take care of ourselves, we're happier, healthier, and able to do the things we want to. If that's not enough of a reason to make healthy choices, WellPoint sweetens the deal with a wellness credit so we pay less for our medical coverage when we demonstrate specific health results. Remember: Health results, including the tobacco-free component, are measured in the fall of each year during Know Your Numbers. Stay tuned this summer for more information on how you can take the credit.
How the Wellness Credit Program Works
You and your spouse/domestic partner can earn a wellness credit for showing results in three areas. The wellness credit you earn will be applied to the cost of your 2014 Total Rewards medical coverage.
| Log on with your current US Domain ID and password. (Spouses/domestic partners use the same site and need to register using your current US Domain ID or use the username and password they created last year.)|
| Click on “Wellness Credit Summary” and follow the Quick Links to tell us you’re tobacco-free and to sign up for a Know Your Numbers screening (or get a form for your physician screening). |
Track Your Progress and See Your Screening Results
, you’ll be able to see this year’s screening results and how much of a wellness credit you’ll receive.
Can’t remember your 2012 Know Your Numbers screening results and wondering what your body weight baseline is? Your body weight and blood pressure results from last year’s screenings are also on the site so you can track your progress.
