Our Dental Prime and Complete PPO plans offer a choice of plan networks and the right mix of core benefits and more specialized benefits that help target your employees' overall health. 
Our Dental PPO plans are available as either employer-paid or voluntary (employee-paid) basis. Ask your broker or Anthem sales representative for more information on our voluntary dental plans.
