Plan Changes for Plan Year 2011-12
All Medical Plans (including Medicare Primary)  
Preventive services recommended in the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act may now be covered before deductible or co-pay. See list of covered services on this Anthem microsite.
Most covered services no longer have a lifetime maximum.
Many of the changes to the plans such as the removal of lifetime maximums and changes to the preventive care services are a result of Health Care Reform.
 
UA Net Plan  
If you reside in certain Colorado Springs area zip codes (see zip code list), you are not eligible to enroll in the UA Net Plan administered by Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield.
Plan now includes a $250 individual deductible; $750 maximum family deductible

Office visits, urgent care and prescription drug coverage NOT subject to deductible(s)

Copayments do not accumulate toward meeting deductible(s)

Mail order prescription services will be provided by University of Colorado Hospital Mail Order Pharmacy (UCH). 
 
HMO Colorado 
Only employees and eligible dependent(s) presently enrolled in this plan may elect to continue coverage effective July 1, 2011.
