You will need to complete the registration process if you have not already done so. 
Keep in mind the following: 

Blue View Vision Self-Service and Anthem.com Member Self-Service are separate. Each requires its own registration and login.

Registering (i.e., creating a username and password) at one site does not automatically give you access to the other.
