Online Mail Service Pharmacy

Home delivery plays a vital role in delivering prescriptions to members. It enables us to control the quality of the dispensing process by the use of automated controls that are not typically found in average pharmacies. Using home delivery helps promote generic and brand-name medications on the drug list/formulary and permits us to undertake other initiatives which optimize costs and ensure quality.
Depending on which Anthem health benefit product you have, you may be able to save time and money by filling certain prescriptions using home delivery.
If you regularly use a maintenance medication, you'll appreciate the convenience and the potential savings of having your prescription(s) shipped right to you. Maintenance medications are those prescribed to manage ongoing conditions such as:
Allergies
Arthritis
Asthma
Diabetes
Hormone replacement
High blood pressure
and many more chronic conditions

Save Time
Order your maintenance medications through home delivery and eliminate those monthly trips to the pharmacy for refills. Your doctor can write your prescription for the maximum allowable days' supply (see your Health Certificate). Have your medication delivered right to your home, office or anywhere in the United States. Is it time to refill your medication? Just call our 24-hour automated phone line at 866-217-2328.
Save Money
Home Delivery provides more days' supply with fewer copayments. You'll typically save at least one copayment on each prescription. For example, a 90-day supply of medication filled through home delivery generally costs the same as a 60-day supply of the same medicine filled through a retail pharmacy.
The chart below demonstrates the convenience and savings of having prescriptions filled at larger quantities through home delivery, compared to having them refilled each time through a retail pharmacy.

Another money-saving feature of the home delivery is that prescriptions are filled by registered pharmacists who dispense federally approved, A-rated generic equivalent medications for brand-name medications, unless your doctor directs otherwise.
Registered pharmacists and pharmacy technicians fill your prescriptions
Prescription orders are filled by registered pharmacists who dispense federally approved, A-rated generic equivalent medications for brand-name medications unless your physician directs otherwise. This helps save you money while providing quality, effective drug therapy.
