Available to ordering and servicing physicians and facilities requesting inpatient and outpatient procedures* for many members covered by Anthem – and now you also can inquire to find information on a precert previously submitted via phone, ICR or other online tool. *Note: ICR is not currently available for Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, FEP, BlueCard®, and some National Account members; requests involving Behavioral Health or transplant services; or services administered by AIM Specialty HealthSM . For these requests, follow the same precertification process that you use today.
