Anthem in Virginia introduced Microsoft® Live Meeting webinars into our provider training offerings for the first time last year. Due to the positive feedback we received about the subject matter and the convenience, we will continue with this format in 2012, offering two new webinars at no charge as a benefit of Anthem network-participation.
Scheduled to rotate on a quarterly basis with our regional in-person medical office seminars, these webinars are 1-hour programs consisting of 1-2 topics of importance. They are specifically targeted to non-institutional "professional providers" and their staffs, defined as those submitting claims using the 837P / CMS-1500 claims format, of the following provider types: MD, DO, DC, DPM, LCSW, LCP, LPC, CNS, CNM; plus DDS, DMD & OD providers rendering medical non-routine services.
Qualified providers desiring to attend must have Internet capability with simultaneous telephone access. Registration is required in order to receive the webinar connectivity information, so please complete this reservation form
and fax it to (804) 354-2979 no later than three days prior to the webinar
. You will receive your dial-in instructions via e-mail the week prior to the webinar date. Please note the instructions on the reservation form regarding sending us separate reservation forms for each separate computer/phone line being used at your practice. Additionally, in order to avoid technical delays at the time of the webinar, we urge you to follow the instructions contained in our e-mail reply regarding your computer’s compatibility with Live Meeting, which is a Microsoft application.
