Once you find a network provider near you, all you need to do is: | Make an appointment with a network provider and present your ID card at the time of service. |
| Pay your copayment or any remaining balance (if applicable). |
And if you choose to visit a non-network provider, you can file an out-of-network claim with us for reimbursement.
