Lumenos® Health Savings Account (HSA) Plan
Our portfolio of Lumenos ® plans offers three choices for individuals and families. You decide which one works best for you. The Lumenos ® Health Savings Account (HSA) Plan is funded by your own contributions, which may be tax-deductible. It gives you an account called a Health Savings Account, or HSA, which you can use to pay for medical care and prescriptions; and may lower the amount you have to spend out of your pocket.
Lumenos® Health Incentive Account (HIA) Plan
The Lumenos ® Health Incentive Account (HIA) Plan is funded entirely through reward credits you can earn for healthy behaviors. It gives you an account called a Health Incentive Account, or HIA, which you can use to help pay for medical care and prescriptions, and may lower the amount you have to spend out of your pocket.
Lumenos® Health Incentive Account Plus (HIA Plus) Plan
The Lumenos ® Health Incentive Account (HIA) Plus Plan is funded with quarterly contributions from Anthem. It gives you an account called a Health Incentive Account, or HIA. You can earn additional reward credits for your account with rewards for healthy behaviors. You can use the health account credits for covered medical care and prescriptions, and may lower the amount you have to spend out of your pocket.
Lumenos Consumer-Driven Plans offered directly to Individuals and Families
Our Lumenos ® site takes you step-by-step through the benefits of our Lumenos plans listed above, provides sample profiles to illustrate how the plans work, and includes tools to help you estimate costs. When it comes to health care, consumers often have little control or choice. Our Lumenos plans are changing that.
