Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield in New Hampshire understands that change is a natural part of life. We also realize that life's changes sometimes affect your health care coverage. You may be between health plans if you're unemployed, not yet eligible for coverage from your current employer or recently graduated. That's why we created affordable, temporary health plans. 
We offer a Temporary Health Benefit Program for individuals and families which will not exhaust your financial resources. We are dedicated to providing our customers with the best coverage, service and choices available. Our Temporary Health Benefit Program includes the following options: 
Easy access to benefit information.
Freedom to choose your own doctor from an extensive provider network.
Choice of benefit period: Select a one-, two-, or three-month policy.
Reimbursement for prescription medication once you have met your deductible.
Discounts at health clubs and other healthy incentives through our SpecialOffers@AnthemSM Program, at no extra charge.
