Lumenos® HSA, HIA and HIA Plus plans for individuals and families

When it comes to health care, consumers often have little control or choice. Our Lumenos® plans are changing that. With these consumer-driven health plans, you have more control over your health, health care decisions and dollars — allowing you to live a healthier life.   
 
Lumenos® Health Savings Account (HSA) Plan
Working in conjunction with a qualified high-deductible health plan, an HSA is funded entirely by your own contributions and used to pay for eligible medical expenses. Your HSA contributions have tax advantages.  
Lumenos® Health Incentive Account (HIA) Plan
Working in conjunction with a qualified high-deductible health plan, an HIA is funded entirely by reward credits that you can earn by taking certain steps to improve your health. 
Lumenos® Health Incentive Account Plus (HIA Plus) Plan
Works like the HIA Plan with additional quarterly contributions from Anthem.
