Quality data for consumer-driven health care
The Zagat Health Survey compiles data about patients’ experiences with their doctors as reported by the patients themselves. Survey results empower our members to choose a provider using the criteria important to them; providing transparency for increasingly savvy health care consumers.
Health care providers can use survey results for marketing purposes, as the anonymous feedback collected via the neutral setting of the web supplies keen insight into consumer perceptions of the treatment experience, as well as providers’ points of differentiation from their competition.
This tool grows more useful as more people use it. Encourage your family, friends, clients, and employees to use it after each encounter with a health care professional.
Patients rate our network providers on their availability, office environment, communication skills, and other factors, answering questions.
Members can access the Zagat Health Survey tool by:

| | Selecting a doctor from the Search Results. |
Zagat Health Survey scores for each category are on the right side of the Provider Details page (if the doctor has received at least 10 reviews). Our members can also read comments from others and add their own reviews for other member to view.
