CMSP Health Education Resources
MedCall®
This 24-hour nurse information line helps CMSP members find out if a health problem should be seen in the emergency room right away, urgently in the next day, or within a few weeks. The nurses can also help a member know how to care for their health themselves. In addition, a member can listen to their choice of over 200 recorded audio health topics. Members can locate the MedCall® phone number on the back of their ID card.
Diabetes Management
If you have diabetes, this program will help you learn how to manage it by giving you the education and support you need to manage and control your diabetes. The program is specific to members and it focuses on healthy behaviors. It will also support your doctor in diagnosing, treating, and managing diabetes according to American Diabetes Association (ADA) guidelines.

Congestive Heart Failure (CHF)
If you have CHF, this program will help you and your doctor detect it early and manage the symptoms. You’ll receive educational materials and a nurse will work with you to help you manage your condition.
