Hearing Impaired Information
If you are hearing impaired please dial “711” and this will connect you to a relay service in the State you are calling from. The relay service will take your information including the Anthem Blue Cross Customer Service number that you need to call. An Anthem Blue Cross representative will answer the call and assist you via a third party. The relay service is free of charge and is not provided by Anthem Blue Cross. An individual will be charged if they are calling long distance and not using the toll-free number listed on the back of their ID Card.
