A free program for pregnant members up to 36 weeks gestation which promotes early and regular prenatal care. The goal of Anthem Blue Cross Maternity Management (Future Moms) is for all our mother-to-be to have a healthy pregnancy and a healthy baby.  
 
If you are a Anthem Blue Cross Member and wish to enroll in the Future Moms program, please contact us at 800-769-4896. Information you provide will allow our specialized nursed to review and assess your potential for having a high risk pregnancy.
