TLC4YA consists of a free Quit Kit and an interactive website. The Quit Kit contains a pocket-sized action booklet and other resources and tools to help quit tobacco. The website engages young adults with a quit wizard, interactive quitting calendar, an interactive cost of smoking calculator and interactive guides. The Quit Kit can also be ordered for free from the site for California residents.
