Anthem Blue Cross has developed a tobacco cessation program, TLC: The Last CigaretteĀ® Program to support you in assisting your patients with their smoking cessation efforts. 
TLC: The Last CigaretteĀ® offers numerous resources and tools to assist your patients in their quit efforts. No matter what stage of readiness to quit your patient is in, we think you will find the information helpful for your patients. FREE TLC Quit Kits are available to all Anthem Blue Cross members in English and Spanish.

A booklet produced by the StayWell Company to help your patients stop smoking.

National Quitline Flyer
Refers callers to their state funded Tobacco Quitline. Quitlines are toll-free telephone centers staffed by trained cessation experts.
