Many of our 360° Health Videos are now available as video podcasts.
Podcasting enables you to listen to audio or video files at the time and place of your choosing. To begin, you must have podcasting software installed on your computer (
see available options). You can listen directly from your computer through the software, or on-the-go by synching up a portable MP3 player, such as an iPod.
Just look for the
icon to determine if the video is currently available for download.
To download a podcast: 1) left-click on the
icon
2) save the file to your PC and
3) load the file into your podcasting software. The import process may vary depending on your software.
