Anthem Blue Cross has launched an ER Utilization Management (ERUMI) program to educate our members on ER versus Urgent Care. This program identifies all the ER Alternatives (retail clinics and urgent care centers) throughout the state so members and providers have this information readily available by accessing our custom Google Map tool.
