Help for members impacted by wildfires in TennesseeDecember 22, 2016
We’re taking steps to help our members affected by wildfires. If you live in Bedford, Bledsoe, Blount, Bradley, Cannon, Cocke, Coffee, Franklin, Grundy, Hamilton, Jefferson, Knox, Lincoln, Louden, Marion, Marshall, McMinn, Meigs, Monroe, Moore, Polk, Rhea, Roane, Rutherford, Sequatchie, Sevier, Van Buren or Warren County here’s what you should know:
- If you’re on an Anthem prescription drug plan you can refill lost or damaged prescriptions at any pharmacy now.
- If you use a mail order pharmacy you can update your address information by calling Member Services.
This relaxed pharmacy guideline is effective from November 28, 2016 through January 30, 2017. It does not apply to Medicare Advantage, Medicare Part D or Federal Employees Health Benefits Program members. These programs have specific guidelines.
In addition, your policy won’t be canceled due to nonpayment of premium from November 28, 2016 through January 30, 2017. Your premium payments for this time period will be due after January 30, 2017. If you need additional support, call the Member Services number on your ID card or select Customer Support on this website.
We hope you and your loved ones stay safe.
