Common Questions

What is the difference between preferred retail pharmacies and network retail pharmacies?

Our network includes both preferred retail and network retail pharmacies:

  • Preferred retail pharmacies: You are never far from one of our network pharmacies; but to pay a lower amount, you can choose from one of our many preferred pharmacies.
  • Network retail pharmacies: Are still in our network, but do not offer the discounted prices available at preferred retail pharmacies.

Do I have to use a network doctor for a Medicare Supplement insurance plan?
