Enhanced member services support – now available to you and included as part of your health plan benefits! Now when you call the Member Services number on your ID card, you’ll be directly connect to a Health Guide - an experienced customer service representative.

What is a Health Guide?

Think of a Health Guide as “concierge” level assistance. Hired specifically for their top-tier skills, Health Guides will ensure a first-class experience for you, helping you every step of the way through your question or concern. Health Guides can also do things like:
