Your current organization does not offer healthcare coverage for contraceptive medications and services due to religious reasons. However, Anthem and IngenioRx will provide women’s contraceptive services to you and any covered dependents under a separate plan, as required by the Affordable Care Act. This contraceptive-only coverage is not administered or funded by, or connected in any way to, your group healthcare plan.

Available Medications and Services
The following contraceptive medications and services approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration are available to you at no out-of-pocket cost when prescribed by a network doctor and dispensed by a network pharmacy (if applicable):
- Oral contraceptives* (combined pill, progestin only, extended/continuous use)
- Implantable rods
- Shots/injections or patches
- Insertable methods (vaginal contraceptive ring, diaphragm, sponge, cervical cap)
- Female condoms
- Spermicides
- Intrauterine devices (IUDs, both copper and/or with progestin)
- Emergency contraceptives (Plan B, Plan B One Step, Next Choice, Ella)
- Female sterilization
- Contraceptive management
