Plan Ahead

Are you covered ... just in case?

Learn why it's important to have life and disability insurance.

The amount of life insurance coverage needed when someone dies is often 8 to 10 times their salary,1 but only 60% of people in the United States have life insurance2.

There’s a 1 in 4 chance of becoming disabled and losing income before retirement— with 90% of disabilities caused by illnesses, not accidents,4 but only 26% of Americans have any disability insurance5.

Sixty-six percent of employees say they would have a hard time meeting financial obligations if their next paycheck were delayed a week,6 but only 16% of employees rank financial wellness as the aspect of well-being most important to them7.

Life and disability insurance — two things most people don’t talk about, let alone think about. But they’re two of the most important things to have.

And they’re important whether you’re single, married or have kids. Why? Because life and disability coverage can bring you and your loved ones peace of mind in case something happens. Disability insurance can provide financial wellness for you in case you’re ever too sick or injured to work. And life insurance can help you protect your loved ones financially in case you’re not here.
