Help for members impacted by wildfires in Tennessee

22 de diciembre de 2016

We’re taking steps to help our members affected by wildfires. If you live in Bedford, Bledsoe, Blount, Bradley, Cannon, Cocke, Coffee, Franklin, Grundy, Hamilton, Jefferson, Knox, Lincoln, Louden, Marion, Marshall, McMinn, Meigs, Monroe, Moore, Polk, Rhea, Roane, Rutherford, Sequatchie, Sevier, Van Buren or Warren County here’s what you should know:

  • If you’re on an Anthem prescription drug plan you can refill lost or damaged prescriptions at any pharmacy now.
  • If you use a mail order pharmacy you can update your address information by calling Member Services.

This relaxed pharmacy guideline is effective from 28 de noviembre de 2016 through 30 de enero de 2017. It does not apply to Medicare Advantage, Medicare Part D or Federal Employees Health Benefits Program members. These programs have specific guidelines.

In addition, your policy won’t be canceled due to nonpayment of premium from 28 de noviembre de 2016 through 30 de enero de 2017. Your premium payments for this time period will be due after 30 de enero de 2017. If you need additional support, call the Member Services number on your ID card or select Customer Support on this website.

Esperamos que usted y sus seres queridos gocen de buena salud.
