| Employers may make either fixed-dollar contributions ($125 or more per employee) or traditional contributions (50% or more per employee). Employees pay the rest through payroll deductions.|

| With affordable Premium Only Plan (P.O.P.) administrative services offered by Ceridian Benefits Services, employers can take advantage of IRS Section 125 provisions – a win-win solution that reduces employer payroll taxes and boosts employees’ take home pay.
