Sorry for long wait times when calling Customer Service
If you’ve called us in the last couple of weeks, you may have waited too long to speak to someone. As a company that believes in strong customer service, we’re very sorry — and we’re taking steps right away to fix this.
You can get certain answers right now:
| Log in to view benefits. You can register now if you have your ID card. Go to the Benefits tab to view your benefits.|
| Print a temporary ID card, if your card hasn’t yet arrived. |
If you need your ID card sooner, you can download a temporary one five business days after we get your payment. Just log in to this site, choose the Customer Support tab — then select “Print Temporary ID card.”

If you have received your initial payment letter from Anthem BlueCross and have not yet paid your premium, select your state below to make a payment online. You must have your initial payment letter with your Application ID to utilize this feature. After we receive your payment you’ll get your ID card in the mail.

If you’ve already paid your first premium, you can continue to pay your monthly bill online too. Just register or log in and select Online Bill Pay. And of course you can also pay by phone by calling the number on your ID card.
