When ready, the pharmacy will contact you again to process payment and schedule delivery for a day and time convenient for you.

For future refills the pharmacy will reach out to verify your medications, take payment for your prescription, and schedule a convenient delivery time.

ZipDrug is a concierge service that connects you to a participating local pharmacy that offers personalized services to include scheduled hand delivery of your medications at no additional cost to you. Prescriptions are dispensed from the local pharmacy. Home Delivery Pharmacy is a mail order benefit dispensing up to 90-day supplies of your medication from IngenioRx Home Delivery Pharmacy with free standard shipping.

To qualify for ZipDrug, a member must be taking at least one long-term non-specialty prescription (also known as a maintenance medication). They must also be 18 years of age or older and live within ZipDrug's service area. If a member meets these criteria but isn't enrolled in the ZipDrug service, you can enroll them.

Upon enrollment, your new pharmacy will contact you to review your medication(s) and prescriber information. Then, the pharmacy will take care of transferring your prescription(s). Once the prescriptions are ready, the pharmacy will contact you to process payment* and schedule hand delivery for a day and time that's convenient for you at no additional cost.

*Please note, if your prescription(s) is fully covered by your plan, no payment is needed.
