Individuals can receive personalized guidance about their health, quickly connect with a doctor via text or video chat, and find a COVID-19 testing location with the Sydney Care mobile app.
The app also has a new Daily COVID-19 Check-In feature, a survey intended to aid larger companies in assessing individual’s readiness to enter the workplace on a daily basis.

Sydney Health makes it easy for Anthem members to visit with a doctor 24/7 through live video, access important information about benefits and claims, and download member ID Cards.

C19 Navigator, a solution designed for Anthem employer customers, houses group member data and updates related to COVID-19, such as testing numbers and demographics, to help inform workplace decisions and resource planning.

Passport, powered by doc.ai, is an app that empowers employers to minimize risk and supports safer entry into the workplace by verifying their employees’ health status. The app evaluates possible COVID-19 symptoms through daily attestations.
