Our Care Provider Recognition Program celebrates care providers who deliver high-quality, cost-efficient care while creating exceptional patient experiences and outcomes. Now in its second year, the program has expanded to include care providers across Commercial, Medicaid, and Medicare Advantage plans—empowering even more providers to be recognized for their contributions while raising the bar for whole health. 

To be selected, care providers must rank in the top 1% based on quality, as measured by our internal performance data. This includes adherence to evidence-based best practices such as preventive screenings, immunizations, chronic disease management, and medication adherence. Award recipients must also be participating network providers in good standing with an affiliated plan.
