• This tool is only for you to use prior to enrolling in your 2025 plan.
• After your plan effective date (e.g. January 1), access the Price a Medication tool through your Anthem member portal.

• Medication prices are shown using a CVS Preferred Pharmacy. After your 2025 start date, you can use the pharmacy pricing tool in your Anthem member portal to see prices and choose from different pharmacies.
  • The pricing tool is to help you compare prescription drug cost from a preferred network pharmacy & mail order home delivery.
  • Cost of medications can vary in price throughout the year.
  • If a prescription drug is lesser than the applicable cost share, you will pay the lesser cost of the drug.
• Home Delivery pricing only applies when using CarelonRx delivery.
• A $250 deductible applies to Brand Drugs, per calendar year.
• ITDR’s prescription plan allows for a 31-day supply. (Search results will display as a 30-day supply)
