Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield in Ohio Has Reached An Agreement with Southwest General Health Center

Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield in Ohio has reached a new agreement to keep Southwest General Health Center, Strongsville Medical Center and other locations in our members’ care provider network for the next 3 years. This new agreement means that all Anthem Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, individual, and employer-based health plan members will continue to receive in-network health benefits when receiving care at all Southwest General locations and physician practices.

We are committed to providing Ohio health care consumers access to quality, affordable healthcare and this agreement achieves that goal in 2023 and beyond. We deeply value our collaborative relationships with this community’s care providers and we’re proud that our members have in-network access to 96% of Ohio  hospitals and 97% of doctors.
