Anthem is an active and trusted partner offering support for those involved in the justice system through our Road to Reentry (RTR) program.
RTR community engagement navigators help people rejoin their community after exiting the justice system and provides a central program that can help members with needs such as healthcare, housing, education, and employment.

Road to Reentry is available for all members who have current or previous justice-involved experience. Whether you’re in need of a listening ear, resources to help you with your next steps, or help with your health plan, our RTR community engagement navigators are here to help.

For community partners
Anthem works with community organizations to help members access healthcare services, social drivers of health resources, and other connections that support their reintegration into the community.

Anthem provides coverage for people who have recently been released from the justice system. We partner with local and statewide reentry professionals like parole officers, probation officers, county jails, and the Indiana Department of Corrections to support successful reintegration into the community.
