Joining our network is easy!

We’re glad to hear that you are interested in joining our network.

Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield (Anthem) has a diverse network of exceptional healthcare professionals who help ensure our members have uninterrupted access to the healthcare they need.

If you are not currently contracted with Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield for Ohio Medicaid or Ohio MyCare, you’ll need to contract with us. You can contact Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield via phone or email using the information on our contact us page.

Eligible providers interested in participating with Anthem for Ohio Medicaid Managed Care (OMMC) or Ohio MyCare must be enrolled and credentialed through the state and have an active Ohio Medicaid number prior to contracting for this network. Providers can create an Ohio Identification (OH|ID) account through the state's login system at any time. Once an account has been created, providers can securely access Medicaid's enterprise systems.
