Ohio Long-Term Services and Supports (LTSS)
MyCare Ohio's long-term services and supports (LTSS) waiver programs helps older adults and people with disabilities live independently.

Helping older adults and people with disabilities
Anthem Ohio, and Next Generation MyCare Ohio's, long-term services and supports (LTSS) program integrates Medicare and Medicaid benefits into a single managed care plan for individuals who are dually eligible for both programs. LTSS services provide older adults and people with disabilities the tools and resources they need to live independently. We help coordinate services and supports, increase access to self-directed options, and provide a single point of contact to navigate complex systems of care.
Electronic visit verification
The Centers for Medicaid and Medicare Services (CMS) mandated that all states implement electronic visit verification (EVV) for agencies and/or caregivers providing in home personal care, attendant care, respite services and home health visits. EVV uses technology to record the timing and location of caregivers or direct service workers during appointment check-in and check-out.
EVV applies to attendants, providers, and caregivers who deliver home health and personal care to Anthem Ohio and MyCare Ohio members. This federal requirement is the result of the 21st Century Cures Act.
