Total Member View
Providers can access clinical and case management data about a particular member’s record via the Total Member View (TMV) tool.
Retrieve the data you need
Total Member View is a read-only dashboard that simplifies administration by coordinating access to member-centric patient information, allowing providers who are part of a patient’s care and service team to easily access the patient’s record through a self-service website. Providers can view clinical and care management data about a particular member’s record through the TMV tool.
Access Total Member View on Availity Essentials
To use the Patient360 tool:
- From the Availity homepage, select Payer Spaces from the top navigation.
- Select the health plan.
- From the Payer Spaces homepage, select the Applications tab.
- Select the Total Member View tile.
